The team of the University Mediation Center of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, which operates on the basis of the Department of Psychology and Sociology of the Faculty of Human Health, with the support of the National Mediation Network of the Public Organization “La Strada Ukraine”, held a university-wide curatorial hour on the topic: “Mediation as a social institution. Restorative Practices”.
The participants discussed the issue of spreading a restorative culture in relationships at the university – a common path of the entire team, where everyone starts with themselves, and then all together move towards a new view of relationships in the form of respect, understanding, care, responsibility, empathic listening.
