In order to promote the realization of the constitutional rights of young scientists regarding their participation in the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative activities, the Council of Young Scientists of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University (hereinafter – the Council of Young Scientists) functions at the University.
The Council of Young Scientists is a self-governing association of scientific youth of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University, established in accordance with the Statute of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University and the current legislation of Ukraine. The Council of Young Scientists is a public body and has a functional and advisory character.
Through its activities, the Council of Young Scientists promotes the realization of the rights of young scientists in the field of education and science, adhering to the principles of humanism and democracy, the priority of human values and morality.
Tasks, functions, rights and duties, organization of work, relations with other structural subdivisions of the Council of Young Scientists are regulated by the “Regulations on the Council of Young Scientists of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University.
The head of the Council of Young Scientists is Yevhen Ivchenko (+380509203373, ivchenko@snu.edu.ua), Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor, Acting Director of the Educational and Research Institute of Economics and Management.
