A working meeting of representatives of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University was held to develop special training programs for civil servants, local government officials, and local council members within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian project DECIDE – “Decentralization for the Development of Democratic Education”.
Key modern approaches to the development of special training programs were considered, and a review of the educational needs of civil servants and local government officials was conducted. Within this project, the University is a provider of educational services. At this stage, the development and approval of advanced training programs for these categories of students is underway.
The working meeting was attended by Nataliia Postilha, Acting Director of the Center for Educational Excellence, and Olena Khandii, Head of the Department of Public Administration, Management and Marketing.
