Political scientists of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University joined the discussion of international partnership and development of diplomacy between Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
Students of the Department of Political and Cultural Studies of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University and associate professors Liudmyla Pavlova and Olena Karchevska met with Serhii Nagorniak, People’s Deputy of Ukraine, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Group on Interparliamentary Relations with the Republic of Kazakhstan, co-founder of the Yurt of Unbreakability project. The meeting was held as part of the Diplomacy and International Cooperation project, which aims to develop intercultural communication and cooperation between Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
The participants of the meeting discussed the following issues:
implementation of cultural exchange projects between Ukraine and Kazakhstan and the role of cultural diplomacy in strengthening interstate relations;
economic cooperation between Ukraine and Kazakhstan, prospects for the development of trade and economic relations
current aspects of security challenges in the Central Asian region, options for cooperation between our countries within the framework of international security initiatives;
the state and prospects of inter-parliamentary and diplomatic cooperation.
