A motivational lecture in Agrokebety by Oleksandr Verzhykhovsky, IMC Chief Operating Officer, was attended by teachers and students of the Department of Agronomy and Land Management, Agricultural Mechanization. The event was held at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
The speaker used his company’s example to show that in dark times, our losses can become an incentive for development.
An additional portion of motivation was in the dialog with students, and here are a few of Mr. Oleksandr’s phrases:
“The first difficulty is your own fear. Overcome it.
Be consistent and persistent in the chosen direction of development. If you have the desire to develop and the strength to go all the way forward, then success is almost guaranteed.”
