Acting Head of the Department of Jurisprudence Liubov Kotova took part in the presentation of the new Council of Europe NELR course “International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights”.
The event brought together the co-authors of the course (Nobuo Hayashi, Nataliia Handel, Patricia Debelik), representatives of the Council of Europe, practicing lawyers, judges of the Supreme Court, representatives of law schools to discuss important issues of the role of IHL and human rights in Ukraine and the world, as well as the implementation of this course in Ukraine.
