Maryna Panychok, a graduate of the Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship and now a contract manager and project administrator at IBM Services center s.r.o., Bratislava, Slovakia, gave a guest lecture on project management on “Interaction with contractors in projects: IBM’s experience” for students and teachers of the university.
Maryna shared her experience and spoke about the best project management practices used at IBM. She introduced the process of customer interaction as part of the project management system, spoke about the digitalization measures implemented in the company to improve and increase the efficiency of its operations. One of the key aspects of the lecture was the Agile philosophy, which is widely practiced at IBM. Maryna explained the basic principles of Agile and their application in project management, drawing on examples of successful project implementation.
