An online meeting was held between students and staff of the Faculty of Agriculture and Oleh Butkov and Oleksandr Savchenko, chief state inspectors of the Labor Control Department of the Eastern Direction of the Inspection Department in the Luhansk Region of the Eastern Interregional Department of the State Labor Service of Ukraine.
During the information event, the participants discussed changes in Ukrainian legislation regarding labor relations during martial law, namely: the mandatory legal work and labor relations with young people, the application of Ukrainian legislation in employment, salary payments, vacation payments, making entries in the work record book, scholarships, etc. These issues are relevant not only for students but also for employees.
At the same time, the experts provided explanations regarding the prevention of discrimination against employees in the team. At the end of the event, the chief state inspectors answered questions from the meeting participants.
