The first meeting of the University team took place within the framework of the Horizon project HEI4S3-RM “Establishment of Ecosystem Integration Laboratories in Higher Education Institutions to Promote Intellectual Specialization and Innovation on Environmentally Friendly Raw Materials (KAVA 10046)”. The main idea of the project is to support startups.
The project will last until July 2023.
The HEI4S3-RM project is being implemented as part of an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) as part of its new strategy in accordance with the developed plan until 2027.
The initiative aims to use the idea of a circular economy to modernize the raw materials and extractive sectors. These measures make an important contribution to the EU’s efforts to develop a sustainable, low-carbon, resource-efficient and competitive economy.
The project aims to strengthen partnerships between higher education, business and research organizations by developing an innovative pathway for entrepreneurial universities.
