A very useful and demanded event was held for students and staff of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University to teach first aid and develop a culture of mental health care.
The event was held within the framework of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “Are You OK?” initiated by the First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska.
Pre-hospital care instructors taught life-saving actions. And the skills and methods of psychological self-healing and mental health improvement were demonstrated by the Head of the Department of Psychology and Sociology, Doctor of Psychology, Professor Yuliia Bokhonkova.
