Effective implementation of innovative tools for improving the system of internal assurance of the quality of educational activities and the quality of higher education of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University has already been repeatedly awarded the Grand Prix and honorary degrees and medals at the national and international levels at competitions and exhibitions. Another achievement is the successful certification of the internal audit of the quality of the university’s educational activities in accordance with the national standard DSTU ISO 9001:2015, the European standard – DSTU EN ISO 9001:2018 and the international standard – ISO 9001:2015. Ten certificates of internal auditors of education quality management have been received from the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine, which will allow to conduct effective internal audits, analyze the causes of non-conformities and implement measures to eliminate them.
