Student certification based on the results of the defense of master’s theses in the 2022/23 academic year was regulated by Order No. 88/10-OD of 10.11.2022 “On the Certification of Higher Education Applicants and the Examination Session in the Autumn Semester of the 2022/2023 Academic Year”. In particular, the order stated that “final qualifying works that have not been checked for plagiarism and are not posted in the repository of qualifying final works are not allowed for defense”.

As of the beginning of the spring semester, 18 departments fully complied with the requirements of the order. A number of other graduating departments did not defend qualification works (in particular, in the specialty 081 “Law” (Department of Law), the final qualification work of the master’s degree is not provided for by the standard). At 9 departments, the requirements were not fully met.

Ruslan Halhash, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Economics and Development, reported on the resumption of the university’s activities at the new location thanks to the help of international partners, as well as on the opportunities for student and faculty mobility through this cooperation.
