Teachers of the Departments of Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Ecology, Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics, Computer-Integrated Control Systems of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University have successfully completed the following trainings: “AUT111 Automated process control systems”, “PLC211, Programming Siemens S7-300, S7-400 controllers”, “IOT111, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Integration of the Edge level with Node-RED”, “ED121, SINAMICS G120 General Industrial Frequency Converter”, “PN111+PN121 Modern Industrial Pneumatics”, “TTT111, Key skills of a successful trainer”.
The trainings were held according to the programs developed by Festo, a recognized leader in automation technology. Based on the results of these trainings, the teachers updated the content of the silabus of educational components that provide training for bachelor’s and master’s degree students:
- Applied Mechanics (131);
- Industrial Engineering (133);
- Electric Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics (141);
- Chemical Technology and Engineering (161);
- Mining (184);
- Pharmacy, industrial pharmacy (226);
- Civil security (263),
- Automation and computer-integrated technologies (151).
