Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University and MHP continue to gradually develop cooperation with leading Ukrainian enterprises aimed at improving the quality of higher education.
At the regular working meeting of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University and MHP, which was organized with the support of the USAID Economic Support to Ukraine Project and the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club Association, teachers of the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of Information Technology and Electronics had the opportunity to get acquainted with the production facilities of MHP on the example of the VKVK Branch of Vinnytsia Poultry Factory LLC in Ladyzhyn. Ladyzhyn, with a focus on the energy department and the operational service of external power supply networks.
The team of Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University presented the potential capabilities of the Electromechatronics Laboratory, Energy Laboratory, and FabLab, which the university will receive from the USAID Economic Support for Ukraine Project under the Modern Skills for Information Technology, Engineering, and Electricity Sectors of Ukraine grant.
During the discussion, preliminary arrangements were made for representatives of the Vinnytsia Poultry Factory LLC to visit Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University to familiarize themselves with the laboratories’ capabilities. The creation of a working group was also initiated to discuss the concept of a training program based on these laboratories. The team of the VKVK Branch of Vinnytsia Poultry Farm LLC agreed to review and provide feedback on the educational programs for bachelors and masters in the specialties 141 – Electric Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics and 174 – Automation, Computer-Integrated Technologies and Robotics with a further conclusion on the possibility of becoming stakeholders in these educational programs. The search for common topics for scientific research on the basis of laboratories to be created at the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University was initiated.
